I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel during my recent business trip. The free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV were very useful for me to keep up with work and stay entertained during downtimes. The hotel's location in the heart of the city was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff were also friendly and accommodating, making my stay hassle-free.
I did find that the room lacked a phone, which would have been helpful for ordering room service or arranging transportation. the continental breakfast could have had more variety, but the offerings were sufficient to start the day.

The lobby and the garden are nicely decorated, and the windows in my room had a great view. the location of the hotel was convenient to find and close to key city landmarks. the bed was comfortable, and the hot water was readily available.
The hotel experience was ruined by the noise from the street, making it impossible to get a full night's rest. the room service was not satisfactory, and basic items like towels and toiletries were not replaced often enough.
