The Wi-Fi in this hotel is not always reliable, which may be an issue who rely on the internet for work or keeping in touch with loved ones.

The lobby and the garden are nicely decorated, and the windows in my room had a great view. the location of the hotel was convenient to find and close to key city landmarks. the bed was comfortable, and the hot water was readily available.

The hotel experience was ruined by the noise from the street, making it impossible to get a full night's rest. the room service was not satisfactory, and basic items like towels and toiletries were not replaced often enough.
